1.Good purging performance
With unique formulation and engineered chemistry, ArClean Purge Compound does fast and economical color/material changeover. It removes even tough colors, i.e, phathalo blues, blacks and red, whether they are plate-out from color concentrates or pigment powders.
Grades for cleaning processing machinery doing special reactive extrusion, transparent parts, film and sheets are also offered, whereas carbonized deposits and hangovers are of most concern.
2. Easy to use
Most ArClean Purge grades are of pellet forms, or pepper and powder mix and can be used as it is. No need to blend, or dilute. Save you time and excludes the chance of handling mistakes. No dust, no liquid leave a clean and tidy shop floor other than messy places and containers to clean afterwards.
3. Rapid transition and easy equipment maintenances
The specially designed carrier resins result in low residuals on the screws and insides the barrels. Shorten time for material transitions. No need to remove screens. And greatly cut the time for screw changeover . All what to do is just brushing off some solid non-sticky residuals on the screw, in contrast to the sticky screws have to be cleaned either by time-consuming burning, brushing or polishing.
No damage to screw and barrels as some scrubbing /reactive purge products do where fiber glass or some very hard filler are employed.
4.Safe and environment benign
All components used in ArClean Purge Compound are food and drug additives. No harm to human health. Do not give off toxic and unpleasant volatiles as cracked Acrylics or ABS regrinds used extensively so far in the industry.
Note: Direct contact with acrylics monomers (MMA, Methyl Methacrylate) can cause moderate eye irritation; Overexposure to MMA vapor may cause respiratory tract irritation and central nervous system depression. Repeated or prolonged dermal contact may cause allergic skin reactions. MMA is a flammable liquid
